The Independent Games Festival China, part of the annual Game Developers Conference China, has announced the finalists of its annual Student Competition.
The six finalists include three games from DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore students: Pixi, Terra: The Legend of the Geochine, and Void.
Finalists will compete for two awards, Best Student Game and Excellent Student Winners, as well as 13,000 RMB (roughly $2,000) in cash prizes. The winners will be announced at the Independent Games Festival China award ceremony on November 12, 2011, at the Shanghai Convention Center.
