DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore is committed to providing equal access to all of its programs, courses, activities, events, and services for all students. We will review and offer reasonable accommodations as long as such accommodations do not fundamentally alter the nature and academic requirements considered essential to the program of study and as long as such accommodations do not create an undue hardship for DigiPen (Singapore).
A Person with a Disability…
The definition of an individual with a disability is a person who:
- Has a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits a major life activity;
- Has a record or history of such an impairment; or
- Is regarded as having such an impairment.
For undergraduate students, DigiPen (Singapore), in collaboration with Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), will review and offer reasonable accommodations. Students may read the Accessibility Support section on SIT’s website or access the SIT Student Intranet for more information. To get answers to specific questions about Disability Support Services (DSS) at DigiPen (Singapore), please email the Student Life and Advising Office at studentlife.sg@digipen.edu.
For graduate students, please email the Student Life and Advising Office at studentlife.sg@digipen.edu to arrange a meeting with a Student Life and Advising Counselor.
Please note that requests for DSS should be made during the first week of the trimester. The Student Life and Advising Office does not accept requests made one day before quizzes or assessments.
