We strongly recommend speaking with your academic advisors or a student affairs representative before withdrawing from the Institute. Voluntary withdrawals may be filed at any point within a semester.
To officially withdraw from the program, please complete the Institutional Withdrawal form and schedule an appointment with the Student Affairs Office.
Note that the Institute does not allow students to take a leave of absence. Students who intend to take a semester off from the program must file for institutional withdrawal.
The Registrar’s Office reviews the academic progress of students at the end of each semester. Any student failing to meet the conditions and minimum GPA required during an academic warning semester may be dismissed from the program.

To maintain a matriculated status, you are required to register and attend the compulsory semesters, fall and spring, each academic year.
Failing to register during these mandatory semesters will result in administrative withdrawal. The Registrar’s Office will notify you if you have not registered within the class registration period. You will be issued with an administrative withdrawal letter if you fail to register by the first day of the semester.
