Students of the graduate program and undergraduates of AY2019 cohort and earlier, please register, add or drop courses, and check your schedule through the Student Records System (SRS). Undergraduates of AY2020 cohort onwards, please register, add or drop courses, and check your schedule through IN4SIT. Use the resources and forms provided here to get information about:

  • Attendance

    You are expected to maintain a satisfactory attendance record in all courses throughout the academic year. Learn more about permitted absences for unexpected events and emergencies.

  • Grades

    Grades are released each trimester. Here you will find the procedure to appeal your trimester grades.

  • Graduation Requirements

    At the end of the trimester in which you have completed all the final requirements for your program, you will be granted your degree. We have outlined the graduation process and the details on degree classification.

  • Student Records Privacy Policy

  • Student Records System (SRS)

    The Student Record System is a centralized online hub for student services, including course registration, class schedules, grades, and more. We recommend downloading the SRS User Guide found here for more information about how to make use of the system. Undergraduates of AY2020 cohort onwards, please refer to IN4SIT.

  • Withdrawal
