Challenge

Design and prototype a Smith Machine onto the SmartGym platform by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence.

Many gym-goers currently find it difficult to digitally track their workout progress on the Smith Machine. This project aims to integrate a Smith Machine — a versatile equipment allowing users to perform different kinds of workouts — onto the SmartGym platform by using artificial intelligence to automatically recognize the exercise activity and repetition counts.
